Description

Deep Purple, In rock. Very rare UK first pressing, in excellent condition.

Original, first release from 1970.

Laminated gatefold sleeve, date code 7006 (May 1970) and printer’s credit on rear gatefold.
“Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.”

Matrix notes:

UK 1st pressing (with label as above)

S H V L   7 7 7   A – 1

S H V L   7 7 7   B – 1  

The A1/B1 matrix with the above label is extremely hard to find, especially in this condition.
The vast majority on this label have an A2/B1 matrix.

The record is completely scratch/blemish free, in excellent condition.
