Description

An original 1st UK press of MH . Gramophone exhibiting on the perimeter of the label. Matrix A1/B1. Really worth insisting on 1st press on this title . They are close on to the original masters and pressed on solid vinyl. Laters copies are massively inferior. You need a quality Emi copy pressed heavy to reveal the weight of Machine Head. The vinyl comes housed in the original gatefold cover and original inner. The lyric sheet is a facsimile.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In lovely condition and has only seen light careful use. Under close inspection I can only make out a few very slight marks - nothing heavy or troublesome troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are really quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A great copy by any measure - the delivery is clean. This allows you to sit back and marvel at this classic 70's title. Excellent detail down well into the mix. A few brief crackles in one spot per side. Crank it up!!
Cover (Ex-)  In great condition and has survived the years in much better condition than many examples. Clean surfaces and only some stress creasing at edges. Some light edge wear and the spine 90% intact - just a couple of minor stress creases. Text still all legible. Very nice.
Inner (Vg+)No splits real nice.
