Most, if not all European Import LPs come to the US unsealed.  The record was most likely sealed by the importer, Jem from Plainfield, NJ.  It has not been opened since purchase in approximately 1973.

Condition: 
Vinyl: mint, sealed   Cover: VG+, some wear to corners where shrink has come away.  Very small nick/tear at center bottom front.Age has tightened the shrink and caused a slight ripple to the cover.
Still very solid and displays nicely.
I am willing to ship anywhere in the world.  Any record priced over $100 must be shipped via USPS Express Mail International.  It is the only way to ensure proper tracking of very expensive items.
