Deep Purple – “Purple for a Day”, 12” Vinyl LP
Clear Orange Vinyl! (Trade Mark of Quality)
I use ebay’s record grading standards to assess the condition of albums.
Cover: Excellent. It is still in the original plastic wrapper, though it has been opened and played. As shown in the photos, there is some writing on the cover, front and back – this writing is on the outside plastic, not on the sleeve itself. Corners are sharp and clean, and there is no surface wear or shelf wear due to the plastic wrapper.
Vinyl: Excellent. This record has been played, but only a few times. There are no scratches and it appears to be in excellent condition. However, there is one spot, a few grooves wide, that I am uncertain about (see photo) – it doesn’t appear to be a scratch, more like a discoloration in the vinyl, but I’m not certain – it could be a tiny ding or bit of dirt, but nothing that I can feel with a gentle fingertip.
Satisfaction guaranteed! I have closely examined this album and described it to the best of my ability, and included photographs of any significant defects. However, I have not played it in many years; as I no longer have a turntable I cannot test-play it. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you may return it to me (buyer pays
return postage) and I will refund the purchase price.
Shipping: I ship via Media Mail, well-packed in a 13" x 13" x 4.5" box with padding; this large box provides excellent protection for your purchase. I will combine shipping to reduce costs for multiple-auction winners. Media Mail rates vary by weight; I charge only what the USPS charges me, plus a bit more to cover the cost of packaging supplies. I will ship up to 8 records in a single box; please note that a double-LP set counts as two records.
