Q: Are the items you sell new?

A: The items we sell are brand new and unused official releases supplied to us by record companies (as shown in the listing).  Generally all items are sealed.  Occasionally we may sell used items, this will be shown in the listing.

Q: Are the items you sell in stock?

A: All the items we sell are in stock in Melbourne, Australia as shown in the listing.  Occasionally we may offer pre-order titles and the estimated date when these will be in stock is shown in the listing.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We accept payments by Paypal only. 

Q: What postage options do you have?

A: Within Australia your order is sent by Australia Post eParcel, this service is fully trackable.  We also offer express post, this option is available in the checkout.  Please note if you want your order sent by express post and buy more than 1 item you must choose express post for all items.  For overseas orders you can choose regular air mail (which is not trackable), or registered post (again for most countries this is not trackable), or express courier.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: You can pick up your order from our warehouse in Maribyrnong.  We offer a pickup discount, please contact us first before you buy to get the link.

Q: Do you use any special packaging to send LPs and 7"s

A: We have our own custom designed LP mailers and these provide the highest level of protection during shipping.  We also place your LP in a plastic sleeve prior to packing to further protect it.  In addition we have our own custom designed 7" mailers and will send box sets and large orders in larger boxes with extra packing.

A: All orders for instock items are processed within 24 working hours of receipt of your order.

All items are packed in thick plastic sleeves and sent in secure, custom designed mailers, shipped by Australia Post using a trackable service (overseas customers please note; regular air mail is not trackable). BRAND NEW - All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.

We use custom designed high quality LP mailers to send your order. This minimises the chances of any damage in transit. Standard postage on all items sent to Australian addresses is FREE. The cost for posting to other countries is shown in the listing. Please select your country to view the cost.

Express postage can be added to your order, please select the option at checkout. You must select and pay for Express shipping on all items you want sent Express postage. Registered and Express post is available for most items for other countries (outside Australia). We recommend you use this service if you are buying any items costing more than $75.

If you need to change your address once an order has been placed please notify us quickly - we aim to process all orders within a day of receipt!

You can expect to receive your order typically within 3 to 4 working days from despatch in Melbourne and Sydney metro locations. Other areas will take longer, especially WA and regional locations. Overseas orders take between 10 to 21 business days from despatch. PLEASE NOTE: although these estimates are typical delays sometimes occur, per eBay "Delivery time may vary, especially during peak periods".

If you need your order by a certain date we recommend you use Express Post, however next day delivery is NOT guaranteed. You can track your order at the Australia Post tracking web site (your tracking number will be provided to you when your order is despatched).

if your order has not arrived within the time expected please check with your local post office to see if your order is being held there. Tracking is NOT available when purchasing single CDs/7" singles only.

Overseas buyers please note; AusPost Air Mail Parcel is NOT trackable, if you want your order tracked please choose AusPost Registered or AusPost Express Post International.  The full value of your order is stated on the customs declaration.

We accept returns for orders within Australia up to 30 days after receipt of your order.  Please contact us if you need to request a return. 

We pay for all returns within Australia, even if you decide to change your mind.  We will provide you with a postage paid label you simply attach to the package and drop at your local post office.

PLEASE NOTE:  We will not accept returned items that have been opened unless faulty.

Please do NOT use the eBay returns option if you want a replacement - the eBay returns system only allows for refunds once items are returned which means you will have to buy the item again if you are looking for a replacement.

We do not accept change of mind returns for any orders despatched outside Australia.
