Del Shannon From Me To You (First Beatles song released in the US!) 45 with Big Top Sleeve

If you own a serious Beatles collection you need this one! This is an original Big Top US release of FROM ME TO YOU by the late Del Shannon. This is the first Beatles song released in the US (1963). Although it wasn't much of a hit and not many copies were made (peaking at #77 in the US charts and missing the UK charts), it has huge historical significance. The Beatles were big fans of Del Shannon, as was England. When Del Shannon toured England, he heard the little known Beatles sing this song, and decided to release it in the US. The song was released a year before the Beatles arrived in America.

This little gem is from a record store unplayed stock found in storage. The condition is at least NM and unplayed, beautiful clean labels lots of gloss (see photos). Deadwax machine stamped numbers are:  BG1370-1D  Bell Sound logo and a small etched star. Very clean Big Top sleeve included.
