Description
Del Shannon - "Runaway" Rare 1961 Mono LP on London Label, Cat. No. HA-X 2402
Very Rare 1961 LP in great condition. Sleeve is complete, with no tears or marks, all seams fully intact, spine is in very good condition with no creases or tears.
Front cover is in really excellent condition, 'clarifoil' glossy sleeve is very good, with no markings, only light wear on right (sleeve opening) side and some age-related yellowing. Rear sleeve is also very good, in very clean condition, apart from the owners name written in pen on the rear cover (top right)! All sleeve joins are fully intact and 100% solid.
Paper inner-sleeve is in good condition, apart from some arrows (in blue ball-point pen) pointing to the inner-sleeve opening!
The vinyl is in very good condition on both sides; on closer inspection, there are a few small, very fine scratches on each side, the album plays very well on each side, with some light unobtrusive background hiss and crackle; the album has been lightly played, and stored carefully.
Bid with confidence on this historic (nearly 50 years old) piece of vinyl; it will be well-packaged in a padded record mailer and will be despatched promptly.
Happy bidding!
