Description
Original "Runaway with Del Shannon" Bigtop 12-1303 Stereo, extremely rare and a must have for a true Audiophile. Roughly, only 80 known to exist. The cover is a close VG++, with a very nice spine and very solid seams with no splits. There is some barely noticeable shelf ware on front cover and a name neatly written on the left top back cover, with the back cover being very close to white. The record has a few light scratches and paper scuffs and the sound is nice with only a few pops and the stereo effect is Kool! I would say it plays VG+ or better. This has the flat black labels with some spindle marks with Bell Sound stamped in the trail off area and deep groove record.
This is the "Super Rare" Stereo Edition of Del Shannon hit album "Runaway" considered to be one of the most desired and rare early stereo Rock -n- Roll records. Only around 80 copies are thought to exist.
