A very Rare EP featuring 4 good Hillbilly tracks – 3 penned by the boys. Rock n Roll Blues is a nice early Hillbilly Bopper which has appeared several times over the years on Rockabilly compilations. It was originally released on US Mercury in 1956 coupled with Hank Williams isn’t Dead. It can be heard on Youtube, although not taken from this actual record. It also features on the Rockin Country Style site. Some unusual 50’s tracks to be issued in 1962/3 in the UK? I have collected Starlite 45’s & EP’s for the last 25 years & this is the only copy I’ve ever seen for sale. When will you see this EP again. Please see my other auctions.
This item is good playable condition. Unlike so many records now appearing on ebay, it has not been skimmed, polished or altered in any way. Please see my about me page.
