Description
I am currently selling off some records from the fringes of my personal collection to raise money for a holiday. I always keep my records in PVC sleeves and handle them very carefully. Most of my records are graded as at least EX. Sometimes I have bought records which have not lived up to their selling grade. This record was purchased on line graded as EX/ EX - but was over graded in my opinion.
Under bright light the vinyl is visually graded as VG+. There are no scratches and the vinyl retains a good sheen. There are however sleeve marks and several hairlines. Run out groove is the MPO JA PR records version.
The record is play graded as VG+. Vinyl plays with little noticeable deterioration in sound quality. There are however some clicks between tracks, most noticeably between tracks 1 and 2 on Side One.
The sleeve is graded as VG+. It is structurally solid but has some light creases from the edges and spine and a couple of hairline marks. The corners all have light wear and the bottom right rear has a more substantial dink (see last photo) which isn’t visible from the front. There is the very faintest beginnings of ringwear to front and rear. The inner sleeve is graded as EX with no creasing and very light wear to edges.
The record will be posted in a designated vinyl mailer with stiffeners for added protection during transit.
