Description

  • Near mint vinyl on this very hard to find Deviants 1968 gatefold stereo original psychedelic LP “Ptooff” (Sire SES 97001, US pressing).
  • The All Music Guide describes this LP as a combination of “…savage social commentary, overheated sexual lust, psychedelic jamming, blues riffs, and pretty acoustic ballads -- all in the space of seven songs”.
  • The personnel are: Sid Bishop (guitar), Mick Farren (vocals), Russell Hunter (drums) and Cord Rees (bass).
  • The tracklist is: Opening/I’m Coming Home/Child Of The Sky/Charlie/Nothing Man/Garbage/Bun/Deviation Street.
  • The glossy LP looks and plays near mint. There is one scratch that turned out to be superficial and plays through with no notice at all. The gatefold cover has no slits, tears, writing or cutouts and just some light storage wear.
