This is it: the holy grail of Texas Hardcore Punk,  the "Hate the Police" ep by the one and only band The Dicks. This is a 1st pressing, original copy of the 45, complete with lyric insert.

I am the original owner of this record; I bought it when it was first released. I've been selling my old punk 45's, but this one is, by far, the hardest one for me to give up, and is one of my top hardcore punk 45's of all time.

The vinyl is in great shape: no nicks, no scratches, no extraneous noise, and looks very nice. I am rating it as VG; I'm not rating it higher as I have played it periodically over the years, including just recently to make sure it sounds fine. The record labels are in great shape, with no signs of wear, very clean looking and sharp colors.

The sleeve is in great shape also: again, I rate it as VG. No tears or rips, some creasing in the corners, a small 1/32nd to 1/16th inch separation  on the upper left hand corner as you are looking at the front of the sleeve. There is some, barely perceptible, yellowing around the edges, if you look at it in a bright light. Over all, in really great shape.

The insert does have some more noticeable yellowing, since it is printed on regular paper stock, not glossy paper stock like the sleeve. There are also 3 or 4 very very tiny tears on the right edge of the insert; I believe this edge was sticking out the top of the sleeve. There is a stain on the reverse of the insert that does not show through to the front.
