Dirt Shit - Rattenloch EP, Ratt/1979 (RAT-T01)

One of rarest Euro Punk records!!! 200 (or 300?) pressed. Includes the two inserts.

Condition
Sleeve: VG+ (has light ringwear on the front and some light wrinkles on back but overall nice copy, no splits or tears)
Record: VG+ (has lots of surface hairlines but looks still having some sheen)
Insert: EX (both inserts are in great condition, the bigger one has minor corner creasing)

*Shipping cost includes registered & insured fee. I use EMS by J-Post. 

Postage to US is not $4. Due to ship the parcel from Japan, so I cannot ship for $4 to US.
Shipping is Registered mail (EMS) only. I do not ship by unregistered mail. No exception. EMS is the only service able to track the package.
Insurance is required for both of our protection. I do not ship by uninsured mail. No exception. All items will be shipped by insured mail,    
therefore the package will be declared the final value (sale price) of the item(s) on customs declaration. 
Import Duties, Customs Taxes and VAT are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Grading
M-: Like new condition. Record has been already played but looks shiny like new and no flaws (may have some barely visible hairlines). 
      Label is perfect. Sleeve looks super clean like new No creasing, bending, ring impression or ringwear.
EX: Excellent used condition. Record has minor hairlines or superficial scuffs caused by the paper sleeve but looks a clean copy. Label is clean as well.
       Sleeve has minor creasing, minor bending, slight ring impression or slight corner/edge wear but looks clean.
VG+: Normal used condition. Record has visible light scuffs or scratches but still looks a good copy. Label may have light wear.
         Sleeve has moderate creasing/bending/yellowing/ringwear, minor stains or small tears but no seam splits.
VG: Worse condition than normal. Record has noticeable scratches or scuffs but do not skips. Sleeve has tears, seam splits, noticeable stains or writings etc.

Usually M- is my highest grading unless an unplayed copy or a brand new sleeve. I do not use VG++, EX+ or EX-.
I hope that the buyer will be 100% satisfied with the condition of my item(s), therefore no over-grading here. All items are graded conservatively under a bright light. 
My record grading is by visual, not play grading but all records play without skips unless otherwise noted. If you're care about the sound quality, please listen to the above soundclip.

Packing
All items will be packed into the cardboard mailers.
Picture Sleeve will be separated the record to avoid seam splits. 7" Record will be put into a poly sleeve to avoid paper scuffs, then will be put into a paper sleeve.
12" Record will be separated from Picture Sleeve as well and put into a rice-paper sleeve, then will be put into a paper sleeve.
