Può sembrare antipatico elencare in un’inserzione una serie di regole ma – data l’esperienza maturata – preferisco chiarire all’acquirente le condizioni  … in cambio garantisco massima serietà e correttezza. Non dipendo per vivere da Ebay – per me è un hobby - e quindi mi piace vendere (e comprare) oggetti con persone che condividono i miei hobbies , in maniera estremamente corretta con l’obiettivo di ottenere la massima soddisfazione e – perché no – divertimento da parte di entrambi.

1)      NON accetto resi. Essendo le descrizioni accurate e potendo gli interessati richiedere qualunque spiegazione prima di fare la loro offerta, il reso è semplicemente ingiustificato per definizione.

2)      NON accetto responsabilità per danni o perdite dovute alla spedizione. L’acquirente ha sempre il diritto di chiedere “come” vuole che la spedizione sia eseguita  - pagando – e quindi è logico che la responsabilità sia sua. In ogni caso tutti i miei imballi sono tali da resistere alle sollecitazioni standard dei corrieri ma nessuno può prevedere cosa accade al contenuto se … si usa il pacco come un pallone o se cade da 3 metri di altezza (cose che succedono entrambe …). Se desiderate potete assicurare la spedizione – pagando – anche se in ogni caso la procedura per il risarcimento è lunga e tediosa e dovete seguirvela voi . Fermo restando il mio supporto dove necessario.

3)      Pagamento a mezzo bonifico bancario.  Al momento di pagare riceverete una fattura che consente di usare Paypal.   Non usatela: attendete di ricevere i dati bancari per effettuare il bonifico.

4)      Il pagamento deve essere effettuato entro 24 ORE dalla chiusura dell’asta . Naturalmente la ricezione di un bonifico avrà poi i suoi tempi tecnici che – comunque – sono ora ormai fissati in 48 ore.

5)      Secondo la legislazione civile dell’Unione Europea un pagamento è considerato “ricevuto” quando i fondi sono pienamente disponibili per il beneficiario .   Se il vostro pagamento è trattenuto per qualsiasi ragione e/o regola da una parte terza  – ente, azienda o persona - ed i fondi non sono disponibili, esso non è “ricevuto”.  Mantengo il mio diritto di spedire solo dopo che il pagamento è da me “ricevuto”.

6)      Rilascio il mio feedback DOPO aver ricevuto quello dell’acquirente.

7)      Mi riservo di chiudere l’asta in ogni momento. Questo perché i prodotti sono spesso in vendita tramite altri canali e potrebbero essere acquistati tramite uno di essi. Quindi non aspettate gli ultimi minuti per fare la vostra offerta se un oggetto vi interessa davvero.

Chiunque fa un’offerta per una mia inserzione ha letto, compreso e accettato le  7 condizioni precedenti.      Il parlar chiaro è fatto per gli amici.

Se non siete d’accordo anche su un singolo punto o parte di esso, non fate l’offerta.

While it may seems un fair to set  a rules list I prefer to clearly explain the conditions before you bid.  As trade-off for them, I guarantee top integrity and correctness. I don’t rely upon Ebay to live and I like to sell (and to purchase) items to and from persons which share my hobbies in the most fair way. For me it is just an hobby. My only goal is to reach the highest possible satisfaction and – why not – to enjoy it,  from both parties.

1)      I don’t accept returns. Because my descriptions are fair and accurate and the interested Ebayer is welcome to ask anything before bidding, the return is simply not justified by definition.

2)      I don’t accept liability/responsibility for damages or losses due to shipment. The buyer has the right to choose “how” he o she likes his/her  item to be shipped just paying for it.  Therefore all liabilities stay with him/her. I pack all my items in such a way that they can withstand the “standard” treatment from the courier. Unfortunately nobody can forecast what happens to the item inside the box if … it is used as a soccer ball or dropped from 3 meters of height (both things happen …).  The buyer can pay an insurance for the shipping even if – in the bad cases – the procedure to follow is tricky and should be cared by the buyer. Of course I will support him when needed.

3)      Payments via BANK SWIFT.  I offer you a discount of 4% on the auction final amount   if you choose to pay via bank swift.

4)      Payments should be done within 24 hours after the end of the auction. Of course if you issue a bank transfer, the bank time is not your responsibility and the reception of funds will require some more time.

5)      For the E.U. civil laws, a payment is considered “received” when the money is “fully available for the beneficiary”. If your money is hold for whatever rule or reason by a third party – private individual or company - , your payment is NOT “received” by me. I keep my right to ship only after the payment is received/fully available to me.

6)      Any Ebayer outside from Italia should ask and accept the shipping cost before bidding . Unfortunately shipping cost to European and to Overseas destinations out from Italia are normally more expensive against shipping out from other countries. Of course I try to offer the less expensive way among the registered or “signed-for” shipping methods which are available. Pls. ask your shipping cost before bidding.  If you don’t, then you accept in advance the cost I will put in my invoice to you.

7)      I keep the right to close the auction before the end . This is because many of my items are sold also thru other channels and therefore the item maybe sold thru them. If you are seriously interested in an item, pls. don’t wait the last minute to make your bid !

8)      I drop my feedback after received yours .

Any Ebayer making a bid to my auctions has read, understood and accepted the above 8 selling conditions.   In Italia we say that “speaking straight is for friends”.

If you disagree even on a single condition or part of it, don’t bid.
