DESCRIPTION:

This auction is for a hard board - book and 2 record set from Capitol Records CBXF 3034. The book (about 7 1/2" x 8 1/2") is in very good condition for the age. Pages have minor age discoloration and very small minor stains on a few pages. Pages have small areas of bumping/denting from being turned at the bottom of some pages. The spine is intact with edge/shelf wear on covers. There are 2 record sleeves with 45 RPM records. The records are untested and have minor scratching/scuffing. 

The most obvious flaws are listed however the book/records are in played with condition. These are in the condition as described/pictured above and are from a pet/smoke free home.
