Condition:
- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a bit of scribbling, which can be seen under a light)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Some wear on bottom edge of back cover with tape. Some wear at corners. Surface wear on front. Bit of surface wear on back from record)
- Pages: VG (Small tears and creasing at middle staple on page 1 & 2. Middle pages have come away from the front and back pages. There is a split inside at the spine in the middle on inside cover. Few small wrinkles throughout. Page 10 has an angle crease from right side towards middle. Page 11 has angle crease at bottom right corner. Last page is bubbling a bit near top left corner)
Overall the record is in great condition, considering the age.
