This is Promo Label, So Japanese Word "Sample" , Release Date "25 Jan" are Printed on Both Labels, A Numbered Sample Sticker is on Back Sleeve.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus (No Bottom Split),Back Part of OBI Strip Has A Short Tear.
