Info: THIS IS THE RARE UK JAZZ LP FROM THE LITTLE KNOWN DIZ DISLEY. THIS ORIGINAL 10" PRESSING FROM 1959 IS A CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF THE LONDON JAZZ / FOLK / BLUES SCENE FROM THE BASEMENT'S & BACK ALLEY'S OF THE TIME. FEATURING THE ARTISTS DIZ DISLEY ON GUITAR, DICK POWELL ON VIOLIN, NEVILLE SCRIMSHIRE & DANNY PURSSFORD ON RHYTHM GUITARS & JOHNNY JOHNSON ON BASS. THIS IS A UNIQUE PIECE OF UK JAZZ HISTORY FROM THE INDEPENDENT LONDON BASED LABEL 77 RECORDS WHICH WAS BASED FROM DOBELL'S JAZZ RECORD SHOP AT 77 CHARING CROSS ROAD WHERE THE LABEL NAME COMES FROM. AS IT STATES ON THE REAR OF THE SLEEVE THERE ARE NOTES TO BE FOUND WITHIN WHICH ARE STILL INTACT AND HAND ARE HAND TYPED. THE VINYL IS IN GREAT SHAPE WITH SOME VERY LIGHT SUFACE MARKS & THE MINIMUM OF SURFACE NOISE. THE SLEEVE IS ALSO IN GREAT SHAPE WITH NO WRITING ,TEARS & THE LAMINATE IS STILL INTACT.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items, such as the lyric sheet , booklet or poster are in perfect cond. Records advertised as Sealed or unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and /or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times , but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch . Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
