Dizzy Gillespie Dizzy In Greece Verve MGV 8017 mono trumpet deep groove label
Dizzy Gillespie, Lee Morgan (t), Billy Mitchell (ts), Phil Woods (as), Wynton Kelly (p) etc. Actually recorded 1956, 1957 in a studio in NYC.
Trumpet label and deep groove both sides. No address on back.
The record looks and plays VG++ to M-. Plays clean and quiet. Both sides look clean. No scuffs and no scratches. Marks around spindle hole but grooves do not show wear or greying.
The cover is VG++, near M-.
The front cover looks very nice and is shiny with light wear. The back cover has light wear. No split seams. . Tiny spots of wear at the corners. Spine is faded but readable.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
