Original stereo pressing of The Cool World, featuring the original film score by Dizzy Gillespie. Released on Philips Records (catalog PHS 600-138). A notable jazz soundtrack with strong mid-century appeal, combining Gillespie’s signature trumpet work with moody, cinematic arrangements.
Vinyl is clean and glossy with light, non-intrusive surface marks consistent with careful handling. Sleeve shows general shelf wear, light edge wear, and mild discoloration from age; seams are intact and artwork remains fully legible.
This record has been ultrasonically cleaned for up to 30 minutes, finished with a lint-free microfiber cloth, and fully air-dried. The vinyl is placed in an archival-quality inner sleeve and stored with the jacket in a new 3 mil poly outer sleeve.
Shipped via Media Mail in a professional vinyl mailer. Vinyl shipped outside the jacket to prevent seam splits, with inner sleeves oriented to prevent disc movement.
