Label both sides is "47 West 63rd NYC". No "Inc", no "R" Label is deep groove both sides with "RVG" and "The Ear" aka "P" in the runout on both sides.  Address on back cover is "47 West 63rd St., New York 23". 

Record looks and plays VG+/VG++ .  Few extremely light scuffs on Side 1 and one or two on Side 2.  Grooves do show graying. 

Cover is VG+.

Front cover glossy and shows some light to moderate wear.  Spots of heavy wear at corners and piece of laminate missing at pocket.  Back cover is bright with some light wear.  Bottom seam split and untaped app. 7 inches. No writing.   Spine shiny and readable.
