Original 1964 Blue Note mono first pressing of A New Perspective by Donald Byrd (BLP 4124).
Features the classic “Blue Note Records Inc., New York USA” labels, RVG and Plastylite ear in dead wax, and 43 West 61st St. back cover address — all true first pressing identifiers.

Donald Byrd (trumpet), Hank Mobley (tenor sax), Donald Best (vibes), Kenny Burrell (guitar), Herbie Hancock (piano), Butch Warren (bass), Lex Humphries (drums), and choir directed by Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson.
Vocals arranged by Duke Pearson.
A landmark Blue Note album fusing gospel and modern jazz — Cristo Redentor remains one of the label’s most enduring recordings.
