Original MONO 1st pressing
Label (both sides) : BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC. 47 WEST 63rd. NYC ; RVG 9M
Ear stamped.
Cover (address) : BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st Street, New York 23, N.Y.
VG++ Cover: glossy cover with bumps on top & bottom right corners/ small "Review Copy" stamp on top back cover/ light staining on back with ALL Seams Intact.
Vinyl Between VG++ & VG+: glossy with light moderate scuffs/ one very small scratch on side two song two that dose not cause noice (DNAP). One label has light wear and the other side has a small "Review Cop" stamp. Beautiful copy.
GRADING SCALE: SEALED, M, NM, EX, VG+, VG, G+, POOR
