This record comes out of my own personal collection and was played once or twice and than stored away many years ago.

Original United States Stereo Pressing White & Blue label, deep groove on side 1 label only.
Blue Note Records Inc - 47 West 63rd - NYC address on both labels. Address on back cover reads Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st Street, New York 23, N. Y. Also comes with Blue Note inner sleeve.
The record has RVG and the "EAR" stamped in the dead wax.
I would grade the vinyl as NEAR MINT very light abrasions mostly sleeve scuffs.
I would grade the cover as NEAR MINT. Rubber stamped E back cover top right.
