1970s Factory Sealed Reissue. I don't know and can't guarantee which label is on the record, but I suspect it is the"All blue with black note" label. Many of the issues with that label were from "Van Gelder" masters, but I don't know if this title was. Cover has no address.

Record is M. It is factory sealed in shrink wrap and unopened. The shrink is cracked and peeling about 1 inch at the spine. I cannot guarantee that the correct record is in the sleeve.

Cover looks clean and undamaged under the shrink, except for top corner cut at the pocket and tiny wear spots at the corners.
