Donald Byrd LP Blue Note 84118 "Free Form" Stereo USA NY 1966
Cover is VG+ (above average) with light shelf wear with a little more on the back cover. No seam splits, creased corners, writing or stains.
Record is Excellent on one side with trace wear to Near Mint with no wear on the other. Excellent gloss and shine. No writing or stickers. Side two label has a light stain with some color smearing around the label edge.
