This rare vinyl record is a must-have for any jazz enthusiast! Featuring the talented Dorothy Ashby on harp, "Dorothy's Harp" was released in 1969 on the Cadet record label. This LP has a 33 RPM speed and comes in a cardboard sleeve with original cover art.


The record is black in color and made of vinyl material, measuring 12 inches in size. While the record grading is listed as Good (G) and sleeve grading as Good Plus (G+), this album is sure to impress with its unique style and instrumentals. Please note that “Angie” wrote her name on both front and back of the sleeve and both side’s labels. She didn’t want anyone to steal this super sought after record!


The vinyl itself has clearly been played and has surface marks however, it plays back with some groove noise. A cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner should clear up most of it. I cleaned with a vac cleaner and it just doesn’t have the same ability to get the grooves as the ultrasonic.

Having said that, it plays back with no skips, scratches or terrible pops on my setup.
