Description

This is the original pressing of Doug Watkins “Watkins at Large” on Transition TRLP 20.  The flat rim playing surface is MINT, with a high luster; perhaps played once; typical of Transition pressings on vinylite, the Side A label is detached but included.  The laminated cover is also in remarkable near-new condition – immaculate in every respect – with just very slight rubbing along the top four inches of the spine.  8-page booklet and original glassine inner sleeve are included.  Personnel include Hank Mobley, Donald Byrd, Kenny Burrell, Duke Jordan, and Art Taylor.  $2000.00
