LABEL DESCRIPTION: Black label with gold lettering and logo. As is often the case with Transitions, one of the labels has fallen off, but is accounted for.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M- Excellent blank back cover with a light amount of shelf wear and a tiny bit of writing on the front cover.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M- Superb, seldom if ever played.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Includes the original booklet that came with it as well as a rare Transition catalog.
