Dowliners Sect - The Sect

(Columbia 33SX 1658 UK LP 1964)

 

This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve (E. J. Day). It comes with its original tracing paper lined "Emitex" company inner sleeve. This is in VG+ condition.

The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has black & blue "Columbia" labels. They have "Columbia Gramophone Co...", "Recording First..." & "Sold in UK..." text on them. It has 1st press -1N/ -1N matrix stampers.

A rare UK Mono LP pressing. A great UK Beat/ UK R'n'B/ Freakbeat LP.

 

Sleeve: There is a tiny 0.5 cm tear at the front sleeve opening. There is some mild to more moderate fading, & staining, on the rear. VG+ condition.

Vinyl: Light to moderate sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light, & one light 7 cm mark. VG- condition. The labels are very clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays VG+ to Near Excellent overall & even Excellent in some places. There is some light, or very mild, crackle in some quieter places.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
