Dr. Strangely Strange - Kip Of The Serenes
Mega rare Island LP, as featured in this months Record Collector mag as no 2 in their 12 of The Best Strange Folk feature. In their words 'one of the hardest Island LPs to track down.'
This is sadly a long way from mint, but will do a good job of filling that gap in your collectio until a better one comes along, and who knows when that will be?

- Year: 1969
- Catalogue Number: ILPS 9106
- Sleeve: Heavy storage wear and spine has a 4" split in centre. Edges have been taped in the past and residue remains. Small scuff on front where a sticker has been removed. Small (& Strange!) symbol in ink on front. Overall GOOD/GOOD+
- Vinyl: Original pink labels in nice condition except A Side has that strange symbol in ink on it. Vinyl is still glossy. Side 2 vinyl has a few light scratches on (one a little deeper) and these do cause an occasional pop. Side 1 vinyl also has a few light marks but the biggest problem is a deep scratch on band 2 that runs almost parallel to the grooves. This sadly causes the needle to stick when playing and means that you can't really play the first minute of this track. Possibly a professional clean might solve this but I'm not sure. Without this problem I would be grading as a VG- but I guess that due to this it must properly be graded as poor.
