Here's a rare Disney record released in 1975 by Disney's Buena Vista distribution arm.
It's the radio spots for the 1975 double bill release of Dr. Syn, Alias the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh, paired with the 25th anniversary rerelease of 1950's Treasure Island.
Dr. Syn was the theatrical compilation version film created from the three episodes of the 1964 Wonderful World of Disney TV show episodes starring Patrick MacGoohan and Sean Scully of Almost Angels and The Prince and the Pauper Disney fame.
Treasure Island featured a young Bobby Driscoll from Song of the South and So Dear to My Heart, as well as Robert Newton. 
The 1975 double-bill was quite the adventure, and this record features commercials for each film as well as the double-bill on a one-sided record.
Best of all, it comes in its original brown paper mailer with the Disney logo on the return address just as it was shipped to a theater.
The radio spots from this era feature Mickey Mouse on the label with a radio; a few years later, this format moved to reel-to-reel tape. That logo is also on the mailer.
Most of these radio spot records usually contain soundtrack bits, music elements, and more to give listeners a feel for what the movie was about. They were intended for movie theater managers to take to local radio stations to buy airtime. 
Very rare 1970s Disney Vista record!
Condition:
The record is in near mint condition, as though it probably wasn't ever used or played. The mailer has some wear to the corners but otherwise is okay, especially since most recipients discarded the envelopes and just saved the records and then tossed those away after the film left theaters.
