Description

An original 1st press of RIO for the UK market. Matrix A3/B1. Pressed heavy - and not all vinyl from this period looks or feels like this. The vinyl comes housed in an original textured cover. We also have the bespoke inner too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.>

Vinyl (Ex+) In super condition having seen only light use. Super lustre - hardly touched! Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome though [fully tested]. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION - something you can rarely promise the buyer. Intros and inbetweens are perfectly quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. This record has lots of lowkey passages - not many copies will deliver it fully clean. This is on a lot of folks fave list and you really need a super clean copy to do it maximum justice. Plays WAY better than you typically find. You wanna hear the intro to Rio with perfectly quiet intros - then this copy would be the one to opt for. Literally this bad boy is a perfect player - I would happily line it up against ANY copy on line and it will smoke every single one of them. The slam funk intro to 'New Religion' is clean as they come - tight and taut. One solitary tick across whole LP. Super resolving potential deep into the mix. Highly recommended for audio. FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex-) In lovely condition with clean, and importantly, untarnished surfaces. Don't get caught out on this title - they were hellishly difficult to keep in decent condition. Sometimes you get low-level hidden foxing, colour fade, or surface wear. Just a little light surface wear in places on rear - that is all. Practically no edge wear and with sharp firm openings. Spine 99% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex+) Not affected by ageing or foxing. No splits.  As good as they come...
