Description
I'm selling my personal collection of rare 60s and 70s modern British jazz over the next few weeks. This really was a golden age for British jazz and these are LPs I bought in the 70s and have had ever since. This auction is for Dusk Fire but please see below for the others.

The magnificent Dusk Fire album recorded in 1966. Rightly considered a masterpiece of British Jazz, cool and quirky finishing on a high with Michael Garrick's powerful compostion Dusk Fire.
Side 1 - Ruth, Tan Samfu, Jubal, Spooks.
Side 2 - Prayer, Hot Rod, Dusk Fire.
Don Rendell, tenor & soprano sax, flute, clarinet.
Ian Carr, trumpet, flugelhorn.
Michael Garrick, piano.
Dave Green, bass.
Trevor Tomkin, drums.
Sleeve excellent, laminated front clean, almost no ringwear and no splits. Recently signed 'Jazz Greetings Don Rendell' by the master musician himself. Vinyl has light paper scuffs only, light suface noise only, side 1 label is clean, side 2 label has the remnants of a sticker. You can see this in the photo. There's a possibility this would remove to some extent but I'm not going to try. Otherwise the vinyl is excellent so I'll leave it to you to judge.
I believe I have graded this accurately.
