This is the original UK mono issue with the rough Blue Horizon labels and the earliest A-1 B-1 matrices and A-8 A-7 stampers of the first press!

The first album from Duster Bennett recorded in July at CBS Studios, London & released in November 1968. Originally from Welshpool Anthony 'Duster' Bennett went to art school in London in the early sixties. He became a session musician on Harmonica and became interested in the Blues, developing his trademark one man band style. He made friends with Peter Green, who gave him his Les Paul guitar and got him a contract with Blue Horizon. Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood & John McVie played as the backing band on three tracks, with his girlfriend Stella Sutton who co-wrote and sang on the album!
  The Ernest J. Day & Co front laminated sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light corner/edge wear & light laminate rubbing/creasing on the front cover and some storage rubbing on the unlaminated rear cover. The spine is intact, discoloured and still readable, the plain company inner is intact & in VG+ condition.   The record is in visually EX condition, with only a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines and one or two small needle marks/scuffs visible on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of only one or two very faint spindle markings on either side.   The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves.
Overall, a really great, loud & clear listen.   The matrix nos. are; 7-63208, A-1 stamper A-8, B-1 stamper A-7, This is one of the early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1968 UK mono issue of this album!
