Description

E++ (closer to NEAR MINT).

GREAT FOX TROTS on Edison Diamond Disc #51971:

"MOONBEAM! KISS HER FOR ME" and "WISTFUL AND BLUE" (CO-WRITTEN BY RUTH ETTING!!) FOX TROTS by MARKELS' ORCHESTRA!

Both sides are in E++ to Near Mint condition.  Likely unsold original dealer stock.

Both sides play GREAT on my modern turntable. If you're looking for an outstanding copy of this record this would be it.

Of unusual interest is the WISTFUL side which was co-written by Ruth Etting, the fabulous 1920's female crooner).

Uncredited VOCALS on WISTFUL AND BLUE side by VAUGHN DE LEATH!
Uncredited VOCALS on MOONBEAM! side by Walter Scanlan!
