E. Williams "Trade my Soul to the Devil / My Love Waits for Me" 45 Jaadee 505

Only a few known copies exist and they belong to the big boys of Northern Soul Record collecting. This one just surfaced recently in its city of origin, Los Angeles, CA.

Not only is it a huge rarity but the songs are amazing! Known mostly for the soul stomping A-side, the flip is a great underrated ballad. This record books for several thousand dollars.

"My love waits for me" Plays all the way through- good sound. "Trade my soul to the devil" played all the way through on the turntable hooked up to my computer and skipped once on my dedicated home turntable at the beginning of the track about 15 seconds into the song- good sound. I could not visually find the problem which caused the skip on the vinyl.

Both sides grade about the same, VG condition (very close to VG+). Both sides still have plenty of gloss and many plays left. There is a tiny crack in the trail off which does not affect play. I had to look close to notice it was there. "my love waits for me" side label nice and clean. "trade my soul to the devil" side label shows a few knicks in paper, otherwise clean.
