Hello and Welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. TITLE/ARTIST: "Fatha: Hits He Missed" by Earl 'Fatha' Hines on the M&K RealTime Records label (RT 105) in vintage original Direst to Disc sound, recorded and released in 1978. 
CONDITION OF VINYL: Near Mint(Vinyl is glowing and beautiful - graded visually using special daylight balanced spotlight). CONDITION OF JACKET: VG++/Excellent(Jacket is original, with light dings; NOTE: Includes the original M&K Product Listing Sheet; also includes the original lined inner sleeve - please see photos of actual album offered). 
SPECIAL FEATURES: Very nice Miller and Kreisel Sound Corporation Records issue of a very remarkable Earl 'Fatha' Hines album, featuring the amazing "Direct-to-Disc" sound of one of the greatest artists in jazz history. Excellent condition. Back cover features original photo and notes by Ralph Jungheim. SPECIAL NOTE: This album includes the original M&K Sound Corporation list of "Direct to Disc" releases.

RATING SYSTEM: New (sealed in original wrap); Near Mint (very light wear and uniform glossy vinyl appearance; one or two light rubs on jacket surface or corner); VG++ (light wear that is visible but not audible; light wear to jacket edges or corners); VG+ (many marks on record surface that are lightly audible during quiet passages; small splits, marks, or tears on jacket); VG (surface covered with light scuffs or marks that are audible during all but loudest passages; jacket extensively marked, split, or torn: note: we only sell this grade on very rare records).
