BLUE HORIZON RECORDS was Mike Vernon's label project for representing the best original bluesman who weren't necessarily carried by major labels in Britain (the label also did the same in the US, soon enough).
Thus some great records were issued, and new recordings made that otherwise would not have reached blues enthusiasts.
EARL HOOKER certainly wasn't well known in Britain OR in the US, but this album made blues listeners wonder why not?
It's a worthwhile recording - consistent with the label's standard!
CONDITION;
The VINYL is NEAR MINT-.
Certainly a very well preserved copy.
One label has sticker residue, as shown.
The LAMINATED SINGLE SLEEVE COVER VG++, in lovely and clean condition.
