FIRST PRESSING FROM 1977...A1 and B1 MATRIX NUMBERS
One of the rarest LPs from the first wave of UK punk and it's a corker too (Includes the awesome I Don't Need It ). Eater were one of the youngest bands and for a while featured the talents of a 14 year old drummer which got them lots of attention , they also had lots of talent and a great songwriter in Andy Blade. Roxy regulars who released too few records !
Record is in complicated condition...are you sat comfortably ?
Side One ...vinyl clean with minor signs of play but it has a crumpled label and is pressed off centre which only becomes audible on last two tracks ( has a bit of wobble in the sound ) but previous to that plays as new.
Side Two ...vinyl has fingernail type scratch which hardly affects play ..label and pressing all OK
Inner ...awesome condition apart from discreet written number.
Sleeve ...Great robust condition with just the right amount of ageing...that is apart from the bit of shredding above the ER of EATER on front cover.
I hope this list of pros and cons are helpful...this would still be a good addition to your library of punk and I think who ever wins the bidding will be thrilled with this LP.
