EDDIE GALE,  Eddie Gale's Ghetto Music; Blue Note BST 84294 (Trail off dead wax BNST 84294A/BNST 84294B, Van Gelder both sides), Division of Liberty Records, Inc, label, 1968 Original.  Stereo.  Eddie Gale on trumpet, soprano recorder, Jamaican thumb piano, steel drum, bird whistle with Russell Lyle, tenor sax and flute; Judah Samuel, bass; James "Tokio" Reid, bass; Richard Hackett, drums and Thomas Holman, drums with Noble Gale Singers. Innovative and energetic, great record.  Vinyl is VG+/EX, clean and shiny with original glossy sheen. with one light squiggly mark side 1 (barely visible) and one visible light mark side 2, cut 2; from my ear, neither affect play.  Plays EX/Mint-. Labels are clean, no marks, near perfect.  Gatefold Jacket is VG+/EX, clean, no splits or tears with some ring wear top front and what appears as staple holes top left, 3/4" moon cut top left.  Light sticker residue top right back jacket, does not obscure graphics or writing.  Includes original Liberty inner sleeve.  A rare find in very decent condition!        Spirit of Sound Records, a one of a kind, independent Vinyl LP shop, located in Camden, Maine, is the area's newest and only record shop, featuring new and vintage vinyl from all genres, meticulously cleaned and graded (I scrutinize each LP under a halogen lamp) for customer satisfaction. Our grading system is essentially the same as in Goldmine with one exception.  We use EX (in lieu of VG++) for vinyl that is between VG+ and just this side of Mint-.  
Spirit of Sound ships, in good faith, via USPS.  We combine shipping for multiple purchases.  To insure customer satisfaction, we will include delivery confirmation (with tracking number) on all domestic orders, thus the modest shipping/handling increase.  We encourage our international buyers to include insurance and delivery confirmation when choosing a shipping option.   Barring this choice, we will ship in good faith at buyers risk.
