Eddie Thompson Trio "His Masters Jazz" .. UK Tempo records-TAP 24 from 1959 .. Ultra rare release one of only 300 rumoured to be pressed . I've only seen one copy of this auctioned on ebay before and that sold for £720.00 about three months ago. Lovely jazz Lp by britain's most brilliant modern trio pianist. Contains the beautifull ballad "Three For 3/4".. The fragile laminated sleeve is in excellent condition with minor wear , all seams are intact the artist and title of the record can be clearly read down the spine. There is a line of cellotape across the top of the sleeve on the rear, this can be successfully removed without damaging the lamination. Side 1 of the record looks in VG++ condition but plays excellent, sounds beautifull, only a few minor hairline paper scuff marks. Side 2 grades the same but has a small mark that causes a very quiet! tick 4 times. Contains the original polylined inner that is also in excellent condition. Labels are clean with no writing or otherwise... A truly rare British jazz Lp one of a kind ! .
