All Vinyl is EXCELLENT, very clean!  Box is VG+ shape with some general wear on edges/corners, ding on bottom edge, few corner dings, & the two open edge corners are split.  Insides are clean, & area that houses book is in very nice shape!  Book is EXCELLENT with no issues.  (Inner sleeves that house records are in EXCELLENT shape!).  See photos.
