Description

This is an original UK Stereo first pressing on the scarce Deram/ Nova Series (SDN 14) label from 1970. Deram was the more experimental offshoot of the larger Decca label. The Clarifiol lamination has a small bit of creasing at the upper right and near the spine where it fold over to the back cover.The unlaminated area of the back cover shows a bit of wear in the dark areas ( looks much better in person than the scans indicate)Overall a VG+ rating for the cover condition.

The thick vinyl disc is in superb condition.A few very faint hairlines are just visible when the disc is graded under a harsh light .All in all a beautiful copy that should please the most demanding collector.It plays as well as a brand new copy in my Linn. The sonics are outstanding on this...and it sounds so much clearer than any US pressing of this. The detail on the drumming by Clive Brooks is amazing for a rock pressing of this time period. Play grades Mint minus...which it also grades visually.The labels are clean with no discernable spindle marks
