These two smartly sampled and mashed-up electro cuts from the American innovator, Egyptian Lover, are loaded with direct drum machine goodness and his signature vocoders. 'Everything She Wants' by the late, great George Michael uses a steady rhythm with rubbery bass sequences and short synth hooks placed in tight repetition before the vocals come in to take it to the next level. It's like the original, but made future, while the instrumental version strips vocals to emphasise pattern clarity. 'So Good' is an ice-cold electro bumper with crisp beats and restrained vocal touches run through with smeared synth textures. Sure-fire heaters for the floor.
