Original limited first edition 10" 33rpm extended play including gatefold picture sleeve, pressed on purple vinyl in an edition of 1500 copies and issued in the U.S.A. by Man's Ruin Records in 1997. Prefix and catalog number are MR-083. Track listing (SIDE ONE): CHRONO-NAUT (PHASE 1). (SIDE TWO): CHRONO-NAUT (PHASE II-CHAOS REVEALED).
