Returns and Refunds Policy We will always provide refunds for reasonable and genuine cases of lost or damaged items. However, due to a huge increase in cases of theft and buyer fraud we regret that it is no longer possible to send replacement LPs for items that are reported as lost. This is because the replacement LPs always tend to get lost too. We are very happy to provide replacement LPs for items that arrive damaged, providing the original LP is returned. We will only provide partial refunds where evidence of damage can be provided in the form of an emailed image. Payment We prefer Paypal, but also accept Personal cheque, or Banker's Draft/Money Order providing payment can be made in Great Britain Pounds (GBP).
