UP NEXT - JUST A FEW MORE VARIOUS COLLECTABLE 45s OF VARIOUS MUSICAL STYLES!  This is an original mid-1960s era U.S. Octavia Records 45 RPM record containing the tunes titled 'Nightmare' by Ella Washington and 'The Grass Always Seems Greener' by The Tanzotic Allstars.   It is Octavia Records catalog number 0002, and is the same record that was previously sold in completed eBay auction number 140408378177 - To see the results of that auction perform a completed eBay item search for eBay item number 140408378177; I believe that listing also includes sound bites.  The reason for purchasing this record is the B-side - 'The Grass Always Seems Greener' is a DYNAMITE mid to uptempo 'Northern Soul' instrumental with fat horns and a nonstop dance beat that will fill the floor!  The Ella Washington tune 'Nightmare' is a deep soul ballad.    Condition of this record is about VG with a fair amount of surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play, and a couple of light surface scratches which can be felt and also will not affect play.  There is one scuff at the beginning of the Ella Washington side which will cause a brief scratchy noise for a couple of revolutions right at the beginning of the song.   Record also has a slight slow warp which also has absolutely no effect on play.  Record plays through very nicely with some light scattered surface noise and the aforementioned slight noise at the beginning of the Ella Washington side.  Both labels have some contact wear and a couple of small orange marks (labels are actually not in nearly as worn condition as it might appear in my images) as can be seen in my accompanying image, no other real flaws.   This 45 would be a choice rare addition to any 'Northern Soul' 45 record collection!
