Description
MISCHA ELMAN at his finest...MENDELSSOHN Violin Concerto in E Minor, Op. 64 and LALO Symphonie Espagnole for Violin and Orchestra, Op. 21. Conducted by VLADIMIR GOLSCHMANN with the VIENNA STATE OPERA ORCHESTRA. Released on VANGUARD STEREOLAB VSD-2047...Original 1950's Pressing with the Black Silver label. Condition is as follows:
COVER = VG+ with no seam splits, no promo tears or cuts. Only writing is a faded ball point name written on front upper right side along the white part of the slick and is VERY FADED...I almost missed it. No other writing anywhere. Shows very gentle signs of wear...no major ring wear and plenty of gloss to front cover...colors are clear and bright. Spine is legible and writing is centered along spine. Back white is slightly aged and shows very light yellowing along edge...majority is clear and white with very little ring wear. Overall a very STRONG VG+.
VINYL = Excellent condition with very very slight signs of paper scuffs...NO SCRATCHES OR SKIPS. Play graded at Mint Minus with clear bold sound and plenty of gloss and shine to vinyl (see pictures). Label is MINT with no writing or tears...very very little signs of spindle wear. You won't be dissapointed.
