Elmer Gantry's Velvet Opera - 'Elmer Gantry's Velvet Opera' - scarce and I think quite sought after 1968 LP on the Direction label - 8-63300.
Visually the record appears to have only one or two faint marks with the vinyl retaining a good lustre. The album plays with minimal / little surface noise and certainly justifies a grading of at least a clear EX.
The sleeve has a relatively minor crease to one corner and some edge creasing from handling. It remains very presentable however - generally clean to the rear with just a little grubbiness around the outer edge. There is some moderate surface damage where a sticker has been removed next to the 'Direction' logo - I have included a photograph to illustrate this. Despite these faults there is no serious damage and I still think that the sleeve qualifies qualifies as at least VG+.
